If you are outside of the U.S. and don’t see your country at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $79 within the U.S.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Weather delays
  • Holidays
  • Carrier issues

We recommend tracking your order for real-time updates. If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll keep you informed as best we can.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take extra care in packaging your order. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with the claims process.

We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost once they have been handed over to the carrier.
